DAY 4: How to Lose 20 lbs. of Fat in 30 Days… Without Doing Any Exercise

I'm sticking to it.  Lunch for today was broccoli and ground beef...simple and easy to prepare.  Drinking my water and staying away from the carbs.  I snuck a peak at my weight today and the scale was showing me some lovely numbers.  I will do my weigh in on Friday, which is the day before my cheat day.
