ABOUT ME

I am a 33 year old single female who lives in Northern Virgina, also referred to as the DMV (DC, MD and VA).  My 9 to 5 gig is a computer programmer who sits at her desk all day.  Sitting at my desk for 8 hours certainly does not help with the weight loss dilemma.

After losing almost 30 pounds in 2.5 months over 3 years ago I have gained all the weight back and a little extra. I was able to lose the weight by counting calories and exercise. This past year I just have not been motivated to exercise or stay on top of not over eating. So here I am ready to give it another try, but this time in front of all of you. I will post pics, videos and share my honest feelings during the ups and downs of my journey.


My Goals:
  1. Lose 50 Pounds (short term weight loss goal)
  2. Make use of my gym membership by going at least twice a week by the end of 2011.
  3. Stick to the program and not give up after two months and losing a little weight
My Program:
  1. Follow the 20 pounds in 30 days tips.
  2. Slowly work an exercise plan into my weekly routine
  3. Month of February...1200 Calories per day and minimum of 2 days per week exercise
  4. Month of March...1200 Calories per day, 3 20min Kettlebell work outs per week, take daily supplements PAGG Stack
  5. Month of April...1200-1400 Calories per day, 2 hrs of roller skating per week, 2 hrs of dancing per week, 2hrs of some type of cardio per week, take daily supplements PAGG Stack and drink more H2O.
  6. Month of May...1500-1600 Calories per day, 2 hrs of roller skating per week, 2hrs of some type of cardio per week, taking public transportation to work (bust and metro), walking with coworkers, take daily supplements PAGG Stack and drink more H2O.
  7. Month of June...Weight Watchers Points Per day, 2 hrs of roller skating per week, 2 hrs of some type of cardio per week, taking public transportation to work (bust and metro), walking with coworkers, take daily supplements PAGG Stack and drink more H2O.
  8. Month of July...Weight Watchers Points Per day, 2 hrs of roller skating per week, 2 hrs of some type of cardio per week, walking with coworkers, take daily supplements PAGG Stack and drink more H2O.
